DRENGR is looking for a business developer to promote the company's services, build partnerships and close deals.
The business developer must be fluent in several languages and have strong sales and interpersonal skills.
Ideally, the profile sought has an advanced understanding of how blockchain technologies work, notions of web 3.0 are the minimum requirement. The business developer must know how to analyze the market and its different actors.
The business developer will necessarily go through a training and coaching stage to integrate the different activities of the company, but will have to show autonomy and initiative afterwards.
Participate in sales meetings in the field and by videoconference.
Make yourself available at conferences, forums and other events related to the company's activities.
Set up and develop a prospecting strategy with companies, partners and schools.
Analyze and list the calls for tender and job descriptions that can be accepted by the company and then offer them the company's services.
Implement a marketing strategy to develop the company.
Master the techniques of prospecting and negotiation.
Relational skills and listening skills.
Know how to take advantage of opportunities.
Good knowledge of the crypto-asset market: projects, technologies, players, needs etc.
Ability to think creatively, strategically and innovatively.
Flexible, autonomous and result-oriented.
Minimum experience in the crypto-asset world.
Ability to produce reports on completed assignments.
Fluent in English (Bilingual is a big plus).
Willingness to learn in a demanding environment.
