DRENGR is looking for a social media manager to develop the company's image on the different social networks.
The communication manager must have a precise knowledge of the use of social networks, of how their algorithms work and of the posting trends in relation to the company's activities.
Ideally, the profile sought has an advanced understanding of technologies related to blockchain, notions of web 3.0 are the minimum requirement. The communication manager must have writing and copywriting skills.
The communication manager will necessarily go through a training and coaching stage to integrate the different activities of the company, but will have to show autonomy and initiative afterwards.
Set up and maintain a publication calendar on our various social networks and traditional media.
Write content on different themes related to our activities and manage the transformations on all media (text, video, audio...).
Communicate interesting requests and remarks to the rest of the team.
Define a communication strategy in line with the company's objectives.
Precise knowledge of how social networks are used and how their highlighting algorithms work.
Good knowledge of the crypto-asset market: projects, technologies, actors, needs etc.
Ability to think creatively, strategically and with innovation.
Flexible, autonomous and result-oriented.
Ability to report on past statistics and strategies to achieve realistic goals.
Fluent in English (Bilingual is a big plus).
Willingness to learn in a challenging environment.
